By establishing the Paradigta Academy, grassroots women can learn to develop their leadership qualities in order to build a prosperous, just, democratic, inclusive and dignified lives for themselves and the community.

The criteria for participating in Paradigta Academy includes having the ability to read and write and speak in the Indonesian language, having experience or actively participating in community activities, willingness to fully participate in the education program, and having the commitment to put into practice what they have learned for the development of their villages. Participants must be recommended by the village head or other village official, and by the Pekka Union. The Academy adopts a mentoring system where PEKKA cadres are trained to become facilitators and accompany participants in their learning processes. This will ensure a sustainable education process capable of strengthening the capacity of cadres as community organizers and local leaders.
